Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern who is eager to build a long-term career in Business Analysis. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to solution development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to understand project needs.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
• Participate in client meetings and document meeting minutes and action items.
• Support the analysis of business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor research as required.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Learn and apply Business Analysis best practices and tools under the guidance of senior team members.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in Business Analysis is an added advantage.
