Job Description:

• Strong grasp on the LAMP stack or the.NET stack with more than 12+ years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development with sound knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, and HTML
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, and Google) and modern human-computer interfaces is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and a clear understanding of application integration
• Technical ability to design architectures and solutions.
• Experience with distributed systems for handling large amounts of data
• A thorough understanding of application performance and optimization will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile methodology and tools
• Plan and drive. Agile product releases across multiple (37) clients and products in small teams
• Astute technical decision-making ability, good problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Oversee customization, diagnoses, enhancements, system designs, codes, and development in accordance with established standards. Perform detailed system design and code reviews and address the findings appropriately.
• Track product quality, completeness, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Lead, manage, and foster the software engineering team’s technical growth and skill development.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure it meets high-quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks that may impact the organization’s software development deliveries.
• Communicate technical concepts and issues to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must have a passion for quality and sound engineering practices.
