1. Fixed Price

Our fixed price model can be employed when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, Costs and Timelines are clearly defined in this model. 2. Time & Material

In this pricing model, the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This engagement model is particularly useful in contexts where the projects are quite complex and are prone to specification and design changes midstream.

This model gives customer greater flexibility in terms of developing the project specification on an ongoing basis and modifying the specifications based on the changing market needs.

3. Hybrid pricing model:

This model works as a Combination of both the above pricing models, cumulating the advantages of the two. It is based on the stage of development or the nature of work involved.

This model allows customers to reduce investment concerns and justify payment as satisfactory results are being attained throughout the project.
