Business Development Manager
Business Development Executive
Technical Support (Voice)
Desktop Support Engineer (Technical)

Business Development Manager:

Experience:
3 to 6 years relevant software sales experience

Job Description:

Create grow and sustain long-term client relationships for CRM Solutions for achieving business targets.
3 - 6 years experience in Software Product Sales.
Identify new prospects, convert them into regular clients.
Build customer relationship and achieve repeat orders.
Presentation and discussions with clients.
Contribution in formulating marketing strategies
Preparations of proposals, documentation and presentations.
Post-proposal follow-ups with clients.
Competition analysis.

Required Skills:

MS Office skills
Good communication skills
Ability to plan and execute tasks independently
Self-driven, motivated and team player
Prior experience in Software solution selling is preferred
 

Business Development Executive:

Experience:
1 to 3 years experience in software sales.

Job Description:

Create grow and sustain long-term client relationships for CRM Solutions for achieving business targets.
1 - 3 years experience in Software Product Sales.
Achieve sales booking and revenue targets consistently.
Identify new prospects, convert them into regular clients.
Build customer relationship and achieve repeat orders.
Presentation and discussions with clients.
Preparations of proposals, documentation and presentations.
Post-proposal follow-ups with clients.

Required Skills:

MS Office skills
Good communication skills
Ability to plan and execute tasks independently
Self-driven, motivated and team player
Prior experience in Software solution selling is preferred
 

Technical Support (Voice):

Experience:
0.5 to 2 years of relevant experience as a Technical Support Executive.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of handling technical queries related to PC Support, Dell, IBM and Fidelio.
Windows Operating System.
Telephone Etiquettes.
Good communication skills.
Ability to plan and execute tasks independently.
Self-driven, motivated and a team player.
 

Desktop Support Engineer (Technical):

Experience:
0.5 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description:

Installation, Configuration & supporting on CRM server & client like e.g.
  (Sales Logix, Sage CRM, Act & MS CRM).


Required Skills:

Enthusiastic & Proactive guys with technical Knowledge in Hardware, networking & in
  Microsoft Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, Windows server’s).
Ability to plan, delegate and execute tasks.
Self-driven, motivated/motivating and a team player
