NVR is the founder and Chairman & MD of Ambit. He has helped Ambit grow from a startup to a global enterprise. He has been the driving force behind Ambit's continuous growth, innovation and expansion. Over the years, he has been actively involved in expounding the Vision & Strategy for the company and building the corporate infrastructure needed to uphold Ambit's rapid growth.

He is a technocrat with over 30 years of experience in the Indian and Middle East markets and has got significant experience in working with client in the Manufacturing, Government and Public Sector.

NVR is a graduate from Mumbai University.

Jenit Ramaiya
CEO

Jenit is Ambit's founding CEO and heads the sales and marketing function. He is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience delivering business-impacting IT solutions across a broad range of industries such as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Logistics, Consumer Goods and Hospitality.

His exposure to countries such as USA, India and UAE has enabled him to define and successfully execute dual-shore strategies for a number of clients. He has worked extensively in helping clients devise their enterprise IT and outsourcing strategies including enterprise applications, product engineering and process improvement models.

Jenit holds an Engineering degree from Pune University followed by a MBA from Mumbai University.

Raymond Heiland
Director – Business Development

A seasoned sales and marketing executive with 15+ years of experience, Raymond has led sales and marketing teams in the technology industry serving a wide range of vertical markets. Raymond has worked with mid-tier companies supplying staff and project teams through U.S. Fortune 500 companies providing large scale development initiatives.

At Ambit, Raymond heads business development activities for the North American market.

Raymond holds a graduate degree from the University of Minnesota –Twin Cities, USA and a MBA from University of Phoenix, USA.

Anand Gupta
Director

Anand is a veteran of the IT industry with over 27 years of experience in a career spanning across delivery, account management and business development. He has worked in leadership roles at leading companies such as TCS and Zensar, and in multiple countries across Asia and in the US. He has deep exposure across industries such as Manufacturing, High-Tech, Financial Services, Energy and Public sector.

Anand is an Engineering graduate from Pune University.

Pushparaj Shetty
Head – Enterprise Solutions and Services

With an extensive industry experience spanning more than 25 years, his primary expertise is in business-enabling the enterprise through effective usage and alignment of IT. He has crafted IT strategies for many medium to large enterprises and has been instrumental in their successful adoption and implementation across the enterprise.

Pushparaj has gained significant expertise in managing enterprise solutions through his earlier stints in Rolta and Philips.

He is an Engineering graduate from Karnataka University and holds a Masters in Technology from REC, Karnataka.

Sundip Kadam
Chief Operations Officer

Sundip has over 14 years of experience in Software Solutions & Product Development, Sustained Engineering and Enterprise IT Management. He has a track record of building highly effective teams with successfully managing & delivering projects of mid to large size. Sundip has experience in strategic planning & resourcing and is a trusted advisor for the organization, a mentor & a coach for the team.

Prior to Ambit Software, Sundip has worked with Microsoft India, Mantis Technology and Fujitsu-ICIM in different roles.

Sundip holds an Engineering degree from Pune University.

Rakhi Ramaiya
Chief Technology Officer

Rakhi in her role as Chief Technology Officer enables Ambit to strengthen its overall technology focus and the roadmap to align it to the organizational vision and mission. As a premier of technology at Ambit, Rakhi leads the team of technology and delivery experts in delivering integrated business solutions to Ambit's global client base.

Prior to Ambit, Rakhi has worked with technology product companies including Symantec, Bindview and Entevo.

Holds an Engineering degree from Pune University.
